The Hayejin RiceFila™ Oil Toner is a dual phase formula with all the goodness of a toner and cream in one bottle. When shaken the water and oil layers combine into a silky fluid that restores your skin's water-oil balance, leaving it hydrated, smooth and with a glassy finish.
 
Formulated with eight types of hyaluronic acid for deep hydration, six peptides to support elasticity and niacinamide to brighten and even skin tone, this toner goes beyond basic hydration. Made with fermented rice bran oil, it strengthens the skin barrier while lightweight plant-based oils like argan and macademia nourish without stickiness or heaviness.
